2. Other costs at Nghi Son Economic Zone and supporting areas
- Power rate (22KV - 110KV): In accordance to the rate list of EVN 0.04 – 0.12 USD/Kwh (industrial production); 0.07 – 0.16 USD/Kwh (civil consumption);
- Water rate: 0.3 – 0.59 USD/m3 (civil consumption) and 0.78 USD/m3 (industrial production);
- Costs of supporting services (telephone, fax, internet…): are identified by the service provider at corresponding time;
- Hotel price: 10 – 250 USD/room/day (depending on service quality);
- Transportation cost: Taxi: 0.45 – 0.7 USD/km; car rent for driving: 35 – 70 USD/day (depending on car quality); one-way air ticket from Thanh Hoa to Hochiminh City 100 – 120 USD/person/one-way.
- Car rent per month: 600 – 2,000 USD/car/month (depending on car quality).
3. Labor costs
- Minimum salary for unskilled labor: 100 USD/person/month;
- Average salary: 150 USD/person/month;
- Social insurance fee: 26% (of which, companies pay: 18%, the employees pay: 8%);
- Health insurance: 4.5% (of which, companies pay: 3%, employees pay: 1.5%);
- Unemployment insurance: 2% (of which companies pay: 1%, employees pay: 1%).
