It is located in the territory of Xuan Binh commune, in the Southeast of urban area, 33km from Nhu Xuan district center to the South; on the road axis of Nghi Son – Bai Tranh with distance of 4.8km from Hochiminh highway and 48km from Nghi Son seaport. It has area of 116 ha and borders:
+ Bai Tranh farm and planned road leading to Bai Tranh urban area to the North;
+ Nghi Son –Bai Tranh road to the South;
+ Hills to the East;
+ Hills to the West.

6.3. Investment attracting occupations
Agro-forestry processing, mineral processing and construction material production. After the year of 2017, Bai Tranh IZ attracts downstream industries for the Nghi Son Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.
