Location	- Located in Quang Trung Ward - Adjacent to National Highway 1A; 120 km south of the capital Hanoi; 120 km from Hai Phong Port, 75 km from Nghi Son Port and 75 km from Tho Xuan Airport; with the North–South railway running through it.
Area	565.00 ha, divided into 3 sub-areas: North Sub-area A: 163 ha; South Sub-area A: 145 ha; and Sub-area B: 216.29 ha.

Technical infrastructure	-Power supply: Power is supplied continuously and stably from the 110 kV high-voltage line. -Water supply: Water is supplied stably from a water plant with a capacity of 7,000 m³/day. - Internal transport: The internal road system is designed in a synchronous and modern manner to provide easy and convenient access for vehicles to each land lot. A lighting system is installed along the roads. - Wastewater treatment: Investors have now invested in completing the industrial park’s infrastructure. + South Sub-area A has built a wastewater collection and treatment system with a capacity of 1,500 m³/day-night; North Sub-area A has built a wastewater collection and treatment system with a capacity of 6,000 m³/day-night. + Sub-area B: A wastewater collection and treatment system with one module of 490 m³/day-night is under construction. - Stormwater drainage system: Equipped with a stormwater drainage system and irrigation discharge canals.
