- Water supply system: The water source for industrial parks is from a water plant with a capacity of 54,000 m3/day night. - Rainwater drainage system: There is a rainwater drainage system and irrigation canal.
- The fiber optic telecommunications system has spacious coverage.
- Infrastructure investment status: site clearance of about 100 hectares has been completed. The investor is preparing the ground for the construction of essential technical infrastructure such as wastewater treatment stations, power stations, roads, and leveling. Infrastructure is expected to complete phase 01 in January 2025.
