Nature and function	A multi-sector industrial park prioritising high-tech industry; processing and manufacturing, mechanical engineering and automotive industries; the pharmaceutical industry; the food industry; etc.
Technical infrastructure	- Power supply: Drawn from the newly built Hau Loc 220 kV substation, with a current capacity of 2x250 MVA, rising to 3x250 MVA by 2040. - Water supply: Provided at a rate of 30 m³/hectare/day, with a current capacity of 13,000 m³/day (expandable to 55,000 m³/day) and an additional 21,000 m³/day from future water treatment plants in the industrial park, supported by a 10,000 m³ reservoir. - Raw-water supply: Drawn from the southern canal; raw water is channelled into 2 raw-water reservoirs in the area before being fed into the treatment plant. - Wastewater treatment: A wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 12,000 m³/day-night will be built, ensuring treatment of the entire wastewater volume. - Solid waste treatment: The industrial park’s solid waste is collected and transported to a solid-waste treatment area. - Telecommunications services: A fibre-optic broadband network covers the entire industrial park.
