Ngoc Vu Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 3968/QD-UBND dated November 18, 2022 of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee. Ngoc Vu Industrial Cluster has an area of 48.6 hectares located in Thieu Ngoc and Thieu Vu communes. The project has a total investment of 350 billion VND, with Thanh Hung Group as the investor. This is an industrial cluster concentrating enterprises and facilities producing blankets, sheets, woven carpets, fashion garments, leather shoes, furniture, electricity, electronics, mechanics, agricultural processing, handicrafts, animal feed, poultry, etc.
Ngoc Vu Industrial Cluster has functional areas including: Management and operation area; Industrial production area; Technical infrastructure and environmental treatment area; Green area, water surface and internal traffic land. It is expected that when put into operation, Ngoc Vu Industrial Cluster will attract nearly 40 thousand workers.
