Tho Nguyen Industrial Cluster is located in Xuan Hong Commune, Tho Xuan District, with an area of ​​over 18 hectares, a total investment of 100 billion VND, invested by Vietnam Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Joint Stock Company. This is one of the key projects on industrial infrastructure in Tho Xuan District in the period of 2021-2025. The project is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 is implemented with an area of ​​over 15 hectares; Phase 2 is implemented with the remaining area of ​​about 3 hectares. The industrial cluster has functional areas including: management and operation area; factory area, industrial production workshop; technical infrastructure area; green area, water surface and internal traffic land.

It is expected that by mid-2025, Tho Nguyen Industrial Cluster will be put into operation, attracting businesses and investors to produce and trade in the following industries: garment, footwear, agricultural and food processing, wood processing, handicrafts, mechanics, construction materials production, electricity, electronics, refrigeration projects... with an occupancy rate of about 50%; by the end of 2026, 100% of the area will be filled, creating jobs for over 10,000 workers.
