The project has a total planning area of ​​149,945m2, of which the project scale includes: Land for factories and industrial production workshops is 104,331m2; land for administration and offices is 1,601.6m2; land for technical infrastructure works is 2,582.3m2; land for water plants is 22,021.9m2; land for traffic is 19,408.2m2. The total investment of the project is about 119 billion VND, of which 100% of the capital is from the investor.

According to the plan, the investment in the construction of the Xuan Lai Industrial Cluster project will include groups of industries and occupations such as: Group of garment and footwear projects; group of electricity, electronics, telecommunications, refrigeration projects; group of food and beverage processing projects; group of wood processing projects (not cooked or marinated); group of construction material production projects; group of agricultural product processing projects; group of stationery projects; group of plastic product production projects (condition of raw materials used for production is plastic pellets); group of projects producing metal products, components, metal accessories and other related industries in Xuan Lai commune.

The investment in the project aims to contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Tho Xuan district in general, and the left bank of Chu river in particular; at the same time, completing the synchronous and modern infrastructure according to the construction planning and land use planning of the district and locality; implementing urbanization, meeting the need to create land funds to build large factories to attract businesses to invest in the locality, and at the same time moving local production facilities into industrial clusters to better manage environmental sanitation and wastewater, contributing to Tho Xuan district completing the construction of an advanced new rural district, becoming a town before 2030.
